Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LICSW
I believe that trauma is held in the body, and that healing must involve more than just talking—it requires gently reconnecting with the body's natural wisdom and rhythms.
In our work together, we use the breath to create grounding and safety, and movement to help release stored tension, emotion, and trauma responses. Whether through somatic tracking, mindful movement, or guided breathwork, I support clients in building awareness of their internal experience and restoring a sense of regulation and aliveness.
My approach is trauma-informed, body-centered, and collaborative. I aim to help you feel more at home in your body, more connected to your inner resilience, and more free to live fully in the present.
