How to Use:

Some people say affirmations out loud in front of a mirror. Others simply write them down in a journal. You can also repeat them in your head like a mantra during meditation.

The important thing is to find affirmations that resonate with you.  From there, decide if you will say them aloud, write them down, or recite them in your head. Try to do this in the morning or before you go to bed as part of your daily routine.

The key here is that you don’t have to go through a running list of affirmations every day. Just choose a few that really speak to you and encourage you to keep moving forward.

I create a safe and secure space for myself wherever I am.

I accept my emotions and let them serve their purpose.

I trust that I am on the right path.

I honor my body by trusting the signals that it sends me.

I am grateful to be alive. It is my joy and pleasure to live another wonderful day.

I forgive myself and set myself free.

Every day I am getting healthier and stronger.

Happiness is my birthright. I choose to be happy and I deserve to be happy.

I constantly attract opportunities that create more money.

I take pleasure in my own solitude.

I focus on breathing and grounding myself.

I draw from my inner strength and light.

I am blessed with an incredible family and wonderful friends.

I give out love and it is returned to me multiplied manyfold.

My possibilities are endless.
